THE FUTURE TECHS
Cryogenic methods are mostly used in morgue to preserve dead bodies or decapitated parts of the body.That preserved arena will consist of helium gas or nitrogen gas with low freezing temperature.Hence it is used to store gases,foods as domestic level.Let's skip our primitive talks.Earth's technology is not suitable for astronauts to explore space.However cryogenic sleep or hibernation is one the key to evolve us as a Technologically evolved species.This hibernation technology helps us to sleep for like 1000 years,which makes space travel easier.We can travel to distant stars or whatever region in space, with hibernation technology.

Well it not just easier to create such technology nor it's expenses.I think maybe it is time for us all to hibernate and woke up after this pandemic(god it sucks!!!) .Unfortunately it is banned .......for several reasons of misuse.I am still hoping it isn't banned .Hence cryogenics plays an important role in space endeavours.
WHAT HAPPENS TO OUR BODY DURING HIBERNATE:
Don't worry guys you won't age a day after 100 years of hibernating.This technology helps us to preserve your body.It looks like a time travel,let me rephrase it future time travel.That means you cannot go to past only future.But like bears animals also hibernate without any of this technology.Films like passengers,interstellar,alien-covenant use this technology.
